What a Beautiful Day!

Today was a BEAUTIFUL spring day... in January! 

Grayson, Gordo and I spent a lot of time outside enjoying the sunshine. 

It got warm, fast!! We decided to change out the turtleneck for a short sleeved shirt... much better!

I was working through the Two Peas Photography Course again today and took two photos where I altered the shutter speed. The second one turned out really cool...

My Tuesday night photography workshop has been really fun, but I've actually found this online course to be more beneficial... That may be because it is written for true beginners to DSLR photography (you know instructions like "find the blue button and press it"). In any case, I've enjoyed learning more about photography.

Two Things

1. Guess what we're excited about?? 

A new fence!!! 

Today we had the posts installed and tomorrow they will finish everything! We can't wait to see the finished product! 

2. Grayson loves to play!! 

Grayson learned that all of his vehicles car slide down this toy... even his Thomas "Choo- Choo" from Mrs. Stephanie and Perrin!!

Scary and Cool

I was playing around with shutter speed on my camera this evening, and I discovered I could make my camera's shutter speed go anywhere from 1/4000th of a second to 30 seconds... I had to see what 30 seconds looked like... here is what I got:

Will's Fourth Birthday!

Four years ago (actually January 2nd, 2007) a sweet little guy named William Prescott Crutchlow was born. Today we celebrated at a cute little family farm. It was so much fun!!!

By the way, while I was uploading these photos, Blogger told me that I was out of space and had to pay for extra storage. I only picked the $5 option... how long will that last me, fellow bloggers??
